Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
To secure reservation, the chosen plan must be paid before the first class. Payments are processed through PayPal.
It is recommended to join the class on time. If the student is late, the class will not be extended beyond the scheduled time.
If the student does not attend the class without prior notice, it will be considered as taken, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
All audiovisual materials and exercises are included in the class price and will be provided by the teacher.
The provided materials are for the student’s personal use only and may not be distributed or shared without authorization.
Classes are conducted exclusively via Zoom or Google Meet. Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a device suitable for online classes.
Lessons are available for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Mutual respect is expected during classes. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in class suspension without refund.
Classes may not be recorded without the teacher’s consent.
All student information will be treated confidentially and used solely for class management purposes.
The teacher reserves the right to modify class schedules with prior agreement with the student.
An initial assessment will be conducted during the trial class to determine the student’s Spanish level.
If a class plan is purchased, classes must be taken within the period established at the time of purchase.
No refunds are given once a class has been taken, except in exceptional cases evaluated by the teacher.
